Trade at The BTS Exhibition

THE 2019 BTS EXHIBITION IS NOW FULLY BOOKED. 

The BTS Annual Exhibition is just around the corner. This year it will be held at the Warwickshire Evensts Centre again. Last years Exhibition was a great success and we have decided to remain at the WEC for the time being. The date for the exhibition is Sunday May 19th 2019

The 2019 booking form is at the top (and bottom) of this post. If you wish to trade at the Exhibition please print it off and return it to me with the relevant payment. I cannot stress the importance that you send the form back with your payment. Without payment your booking cannot be confirmed and may be refused. Alternatively the tables will be available to book on line in the next few days. Visit the BTS E Store on the BTS Website site or the BTS Exhibition Website.

I have also attached this years Exhibition Poster. If you require extra posters please let me know and I will send some to you by post. Last year we had a long waiting list of Exhibitors so I will be unable to guarantee your booking until payment has been received. Once received I will then confirm your booking by return and the relevant passes and information will be sent to you nearer the day.

The 2017 Exhibition completely sold out very quickly and a number of traders were unable to book. I expect 2018 to be the same and bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis.

For 2018 the 33rd BTS Exhibition returns to the Warwickshire Exhibition Centre.

 

The Warwickshire Exhibition Centre (WEC) has proved to be a much-improved venue for us all. It offers many amenities. Visitors to the WEC can enjoy a day out taking advantage of the WEC excellent disabled and child friendly facilities, a 200 seat on-site licensed restaurant and ample FREE parking. It has a floor area of 2200sqm and there is also a cash machine available for those extra special spider purchases.

For those travelling to the venue why not explore what else the area has to offer? The WEC is close to the regency town of Leamington Spa, historic Warwick and Shakespeare’s Stratford Upon Avon. Coventry, with its famous cathedrals is also on its doorstep and shopper’s paradise Birmingham is only a stone’s throw away. It is easily accessible from all parts of the UK.

This year we expect exhibition space to the venue to be at a premium.  If you wish to trade at the exhibition  you can apply for tables by emailing me directly. Last year we sold out completely.
